How do I know if my aide will fit my needs?

Our staff works hard to match the right caregiver with the personality of the client and the type of care needed. It`s one of the most important things that we do! Through years of experience in the health care industry, we have found that the better the match, the better the care.

Will I have the same aide with me every day?

Yes. Since we pride ourselves on matching the right caregiver with the right client, we always try to maintain the same caregiver with each client for continuity of care. Even when the assigned caregiver takes a day off, we try to schedule the same replacement caregiver.

Do you provide services in senior living communities?

Yes. We provide care for you wherever you call home. OVERTIMECARE and our caregivers will work with the community to make sure all of your care needs are met.

What if my caregiver is not a good fit for me?

Although we work diligently to find the best caregiver for you, if you ever need to make a change for whatever reasons, call us at anytime and we can address your concerns.

Will I be visited by a Nurse?

Yes. Our nurse performs wellness and supervision visit once every 60 days. However, certain factors will allow the nurse to make this visit more often than required.

What forms of payment are acceptable?

To pay for your service, we accept private pay via checks and ACH transfers through our secure payment processing system.

We also accept private long term care insurance and Medicaid based managed Care Organization (MCO). Depending on which type of insurance, we can verify before proceeding to providing you with care.
