We offer a wide range of services that can be selected to suit your individual needs. Whatever you current medical and non-medical needs are, simply select the services you want and allow us do the rest. All services can either be activities of daily (ADLs) or instrumental activities of daily living (iADLs), which make up large portion of in-home care services. PERSONAL CARE

How important is your personal hygiene? We believe the answer is very important. Our personal care services are designed to support individuals who need assistance with activities of daily living while maintaining dignity, comfort, and independence at home.

We provide help with:

  • Bed making including weekly linen change
  • Laundry including folding and organizing
  • Vacuuming
  • Light housekeeping with organizing including light dusting
  • Meal planning, meal preparation, and dish cleaning
  • Grocery shopping
  • Other errands including pharmacy pickups

MEDICATION MANAGEMENT

Taking medications correctly is essential to maintaining good health and preventing complications. Physician’s orders must be carefully followed, and medications should only be managed and prepared by a licensed professional—such as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)—or a responsible family member who clearly understands the prescribed instructions.

We provide help with:

  • Weekly/Bi-weekly medication preparation for daily administration
  • Weekly administration assistance with injections. ONLY subcutaneous & intramuscular
  • Call in for medication refills including requesting new prescriptions as needed
  • Pharmacy errands such as medication pickups
  • Medication reconciliation
  • Appointment scheduling and follow-ups
  • Vital signs monitoring

TRANSPORTATION (NON-EMERGENCY ONLY)

Reliable transportation is essential for maintaining independence and staying connected with loved ones. Our non-emergency transportation services are designed to meet your needs safely
and comfortably. We provide travel in ambulatory and wheelchair-accessible vans that meet ADA compliance standards, ensuring dependable service for every client.

We assist with:

    • Scheduled and unscheduled medical appointments
    • Grocery shopping and other errands
    • Visits with loved ones
    • Social events and community activities, including church services
    • Safe assistance for entering and exiting the vehicle, especially for passengers with disabilities
    • Ensuring a clean, and safe vehicle for all non-emergency travel
